Lori is a seasoned production and development executive who remains dazzled by the creative process. As an Emmy award-winning producer, director and writer, she has traveled to 50 countries on six continents bringing engaging, dramatic subjects to life. Her work has taken her from the rainforests of Rwanda to the Australian Outback, the Persian Gulf desert to the North Pole. In recent years, her expertise has expanded into digital and multi-media platforms serving a broad range of corporate, nonprofit, government and foundation clients.
At Home Front Communications, Lori served as SVP of Production on diverse array of projects for the MacArthur Foundation, the PEW Foundation, Annie E. Casey Foundation, Gates Foundation, the Global Network, World Health Organization, Amtrak, the Ad Council, AOL, United Health and many others. She continues her strong partnership with Home Front working as a Senior Adviser and Executive Producer on key productions.
Previously, Lori spent a combined decade working at National Geographic and Discovery Networks producing and overseeing more than 150 hours of television. She began her television career in Atlanta, in the fast-paced news operations of CNN and Headline News. Lori worked in Sydney, Australia at the Seven Network, and in New York City, where she helped launch King World’s nationally syndicated magazine program, American Journal.
Her numerous awards include a National Emmy, a Conservation Legacy Award at the International Wildlife Film Festival, a Golden Cine Award, two Gold Awards at the Houston International Film Festival, and a Silver Telly Award.
